My journey began in the vibrant markets of Lima, where the colors and aromas of Peru first awakened my imagination. It was on Waiheke Island, however, that I found my true voice — blending the ancestral fire of the Andes with the purity and ocean-kissed produce of New Zealand.
For me, cooking is not simply nourishment. It is memory, ritual, and creation. Each dish I serve honors my roots while embracing the land we gather on.
